打开冰箱,看到还有一小份排骨,冰箱也快被我霸占一大部份了。
于是,就决定晚餐时解决掉我那包排骨。
原本打算做糖醋排骨,但在电脑里翻了翻我收藏的食谱,竟然没看见糖醋排骨的食谱。
然而,让我发现了Christine的京都肉排。
看起来和糖醋排骨没什么分别,那就来个京都排骨好了。

跟我想象中的味道一样,好吃!
腌至入味了的排骨加上酸甜的番茄酱汁和洋葱,又是一道非常下饭的菜肴。
不需要太多的准备功夫就可以很轻易地解决掉一餐了。

食谱参考:Christine's recipes(稍作更动)
材料(1-2人份):
排骨 约200g
洋葱 1/2个(切片)
蒜头 2瓣(切碎)
腌料:
酱油 1tbsp
白糖 1tsp
料酒 1tsp
鸡蛋 1/2个
麻油 1tsp
玉米淀粉 适量
酱汁:
番茄酱 2tbsp
白糖 1tbsp
清水 2tbsp
白醋 1/2tbsp
做法:
- 将排骨洗净后用腌料(除了玉米粉)腌半小时。
- 将酱汁准备好备用。
- 热油,把腌好的排骨沾上玉米淀粉后,以中火将两面煎至金黄色即可取出待用。
- 取一个平底锅,放入少许油,将洋葱炒至变软和微黄,再加入蒜头爆香。
- 倒入预先准备好的酱汁,煮至滚后,再加入排骨翻炒至汁稍微收干即可。
Ingredients(1-2 servings):
Pork ribs Approx. 200g
Onion 1/2 nos(Cut into slices)
Garlic 2 cloves(Chopped)
Marinades:
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Cooking wine 1 tsp
Egg 1/2 nos
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Corn starch Some
Sauce:
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1/2 tbsp
Method:
Onion 1/2 nos(Cut into slices)
Garlic 2 cloves(Chopped)
Marinades:
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Cooking wine 1 tsp

Sesame oil 1 tsp
Corn starch Some
Sauce:
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Vinegar 1/2 tbsp
Method:
- Rinse the pork ribs, then, add in the marinades (except corn starch) and marinade them for approx. half an hour.
- Prepare the sauce and set aside.
- Heat a pan with some oil, coat the marinaded pork ribs with some corn starch and pan-fry til both sides turned to be golden brown in color. Remove and set aside.
- Get a clean pan, heat some oil and pan-fry the onion slices til soft and turned to be slightly yellowish. Then, add in the chopped garlic and saute it.
- Pour the pre-prepared sauce into the pan, boil it, then add in the pork ribs and continue to cook til the sauce is thickened. Ready to serve.
