南瓜雪耳糖水,又是一道简单却滋润的甜品。
与屋友一同分享,一人一碗,不多不少。
呵呵~
材料(3人份):
雪耳 3朵
南瓜 1/3个
红枣 4颗(去核)
冰糖 适量
做法:
- 雪耳放入温水中泡发;南瓜去皮切块。
- 将雪耳和红枣放入内锅,再注入适量的水,大火煮至滚后,熄火。
- 将内锅放进外锅,再关上盖子,让其继续焖煮约1个小时。
- 加入南瓜,再焖煮约1个小时。
- 加入冰糖调味即可。
备注:
放入冰箱冷藏后再喝也可以。

Method:
- Soak snow fungus in warm water to rehydrate; cut the skin off the pumpkin, then cut it into chunks.
- Put snow fungus and red dates into the inner pot, pour some water in it, bring the water to boil over high heat, off the heat.
- Insert the inner pot into the insulating container, close the lid and let it continue to cook for about an hour.
- Add pumpkin chunks and let it cook for another 1 hour.
- Add some rock sugar to taste. Ready to serve.
