买了一条土司,自己将它切成厚片,来个火腿芝士土司。
用牛油煎香的土司内夹着火腿和芝士。
外层香脆,内层香酥(奶酥)。。
这款早餐好。。好。。吃~
材料(1人份):
厚片土司 2片
火腿 1片(切半)
车打芝士 2片
牛油 适量
做法:
- 在厚片土司中间割开,夹入火腿和芝士。
- 两面涂上牛油。
- 热锅,用小火煎至两面呈金黄色即可。
Ingredients (Single serving):
Thick toast 2 slices
Ham 1 slice (Cut into half)
Cheddar cheese 2 slices
Butter Some
Method:
- Cut the middle of the toast to form a slit. Sandwich the ham and cheddar cheese in the slit.
- Apply some butter on both sides of the toast.
- Heat a pan and pan-fry the toast over low heat til both sides turn to be golden brown in color. Ready to serve.
