为了解决掉昨天做菜剩下的那半颗大洋葱和家里剩下的唯一一块面干,决定煮泡菜面吃。
用的泡菜是我之前做的,做法请看这里。
我加了爱吃的马铃薯和鸡腿。
就这样,一餐快速但美味又丰盛的晚餐就准备好啦~
说真的,这碗泡菜面真的很好吃!
原本我煮完后发觉实在是太大碗了,还有点担心会吃不完。
结果,因为很够味又够辣,在不知不觉中我就将整碗泡菜面给征服了。
呵呵。。
材料(1人份):
泡菜 半碗
泡菜汁 适量
大洋葱 半颗(切片)
马铃薯 1颗(切片或块状)
琵琶腿 1支(斩成块)
韩式辣酱 1tbsp
面干 1块
面干 1块
做法:
- 鸡腿块汆烫后取出,用水冲洗一下,再放入另一锅水中以中小火煮。
- 加入其它材料,煮约20分钟或至鸡肉熟透。
- 最后,加入面干,煮至软即可。
Ingredients(Single serving):
Kimchi 1/2 bowl
Kimchi juice Some
Big onion 1/2 nos(Cut into slices)
Potato 1 nos(Cut into slices or chunks)
Chicken drumstick 1 nos(Chop into chunks)
Korean red pepper sauce 1tbsp
Dried noodle cake 1pcs
Method:

Method:
- Blanch the drumstick, remove and rinse with water. Then, put them into another pot of water and cook over medium low heat.
- Add in the other ingredients, continue to cook for approx. 20 minutes or til the chicken is completely cooked.
- Lastly, add in the noodle cake and cook til soft.
