鱼肉汉堡 Fish Burger

昨天一连做了几个噩梦,吓醒后再睡又做了两个噩梦,很累呀~
今天睡到自然醒,弄个早午餐。
由于昨天已经腌制好鱼片和准备好薯条,所以这餐也蛮快准备好的。
早午餐来个鱼肉汉堡,加上自制的薯条。
这样的早午餐,真爽!
呵呵。。

酥脆的鱼片加上爽脆的生菜等配料,再混合带有微酸味的塔塔酱..
好好吃~~~~~

嘻嘻~

材料(2人份):
多利鱼片                 1片
汉堡                          2个
牛油                          少许
牛油生菜                 2片
大洋葱                      2片
番茄                           2片
青瓜                           2片
塔塔酱                     适量

鱼片腌料:
黑胡椒粉
意大利香料

面糊:
普通面粉                 1/2 碗
泡打粉                      1/2tsp
苏打粉                      1/4tsp
水                               适量

做法:
  1. 鱼片洗净后,用厨房纸巾抹干,再用腌料腌制半小时以上。(我腌隔夜)
  2. 另一边厢,将面糊里的粉类混合均匀,再加入适量的水,搅拌成浓稠细滑的面糊。(水一点一点地加,免得面糊变得太稀)
  3. 将鱼片取出,切半,沾上干面粉后再沾上面糊。
  4. 热锅下油,以中小火将鱼片炸至双面呈金黄色,即可取出。
  5. 汉堡涂上牛油后,稍微煎一煎,放上配料和鱼片,再挤上塔塔酱即可。

Ingredients(2 servings):
Dory fish fillet         1 slice
Burger bun               2 pcs
Butter                        Some
Butterhead               2 pcs
Big onion                  2 slices
Tomato                     2 slices
Cucumber                2 slices
Tartar sauce             Some

Marinade:
Black pepper powder
Salt
Italian mixed herbs

Batter:
All-purpose flour              1/2 bowl  
Baking powder                   1/2 tsp
Baking soda                        1/4 tsp
Water                                   Some

Method:
  1. Rinse the fish fillet, pat dry with kitchen towel and marinade for at least half an hour.(I marinaded it overnight) 
  2. Meanwhile, mix the flour, baking powder and baking soda together. Then, add some water and stir til a smooth and thick batter is formed. (Add the water bit by bit so that the batter will not turn to be too watery)
  3. Cut the fillet into two. Coat both sides with some flour, then, coat with the batter.
  4. Heat some oil and fry the fillet til both sides turn to be golden brown in color. Remove and set aside.
  5. Apply some butter on burger buns, pan-fry for a while. Then, put the lettuce, onion, tomato and cucumber followed by fish fillet on it. Lastly, drizzle some tartar sauce. Ready to serve.
