芝士火腿马铃薯炒意粉 Fried Spaghetti with Cheese, Ham and Potato


明天就要回家咯~
但家里还剩下一颗马铃薯和半包牛奶,于是就煮了这份午餐,顺道解决掉家里还剩下的一份意大利面。

简简单单地炒意粉,却让我感到很满足。
淡淡的蒜香味掺杂着浓浓的芝士味,再加上我永远的最爱,马铃薯~
这一餐,饱足+满足!

材料(1人份):
意大利面---1人份
车打芝士---1片
火腿---1/2片
马铃薯---1颗
蒜头---1瓣
牛奶---1-2tbsps
牛油---1tbsp

做法: 
  1. 意大利面跟着包装上的指示煮熟,沥干备用。
  2. 马铃薯切丁;火腿切丝;蒜头切片。
  3. 取一平底锅,放入牛油加热至溶化,煎香马铃薯丁至呈金黄色,取出备用。
  4. 爆香蒜头和煎香火腿,加入意大利面,翻炒一会儿,再加入车打芝士和牛奶炒至汁收干。
  5. 放入马铃薯丁拌匀即可。

Ingredients(Single serving):
Spaghetti---Single portion
Cheddar cheese---1 slice
Ham---1/2 slice
Potato---1 nos
Garlic---1 clove
Milk---1-2tbsps
Butter---1tbsp

Method: 
  1. Cook the spaghetti by following the instructions on the packaging. Drain and set aside.
  2. Cut the potato into cubes;cut the ham into strips;slice the garlic.
  3. Put butter into a pan and heat til it melted. Pan-fry the potato cubes til they turn into golden brown in color, remove and set aside.
  4. Saute garlic and pan-fry the ham, add in spaghetti and stir-fry for a while. Add in cheddar cheese and milk, stir-fry til the sauce has thicken.
  5. Add in the potato cubes and mix well. Ready to serve.
