芝心可乐饼 Cheese Croquette

明天就要回家,开始我的假期咯~
突然才想起我家还剩下几颗马铃薯,于是,决定做可乐饼解决掉它们。

炸好可乐饼时,看着橙澄澄的可乐饼,我想起了我家那和我一样是马铃薯控的大姐。
嘻嘻~
大姐啊,虽然我不能将这些可乐饼送到你手里,但是我会帮你好好享受它们滴!
呵呵。。

材料(8个):
马铃薯                 3颗
火腿                      1片(切碎)
洋葱                      1/2个(切碎)
车打芝士             2片(分成 8份)

鸡蛋                      1个
普通面粉             适量
面包糠                 适量

调味料:
盐                          1/8茶匙
黑胡椒粉            1/8茶匙

做法:
  1. 马铃薯去皮后切丁,蒸熟后压成泥。
  2. 趁热加入火腿和洋葱碎,再加入调味料,混合均匀。
  3. 取一汤匙马铃薯泥混合物,压紧成椭圆形的薯饼备用。(共16份)
  4. 取一份薯饼,上面放上1片芝士片,再盖上另一份薯饼,搓捏至芝士被封在薯饼内。
  5. 将搓好的薯饼双面沾上面粉后沾上鸡蛋液,接着沾上面包糠,放一旁待用。
  6. 其他薯饼亦以同样的方式包上芝士片和滚上面包糠。
  7. 将薯饼放入热油里炸至呈金黄色即可。

Ingredients(8 pcs):
Potato                   3 nos
Ham                      1 slice(Chopped)
Onion                    1/2 nos(Chopped)
Cheddar cheese    2 slices(divide into 8 portions)

Egg                           1 nos
Plain flour              Some
Breadcrumb           Some

Seasonings:
Salt                                    1/8 tsp
Black pepper powder     1/8 tsp

Method:
  1. Remove the skin of potatoes, then, cut them into chunks. Steam the potatoes and mash them while they are still hot.
  2. Add in the chopped ham, onion and seasonings. Mix well.
  3. Take a tablespoon of the mixture, press it into a form of an oval potato cake. (A total of 16 pcs)
  4. Take a piece of potato cake, place a slice of cheddar cheese on top, then, put another piece of potato cake on the cheese. Press and mould the potato cake til the cheese is fully enveloped in the cake.
  5. Coat both sides of the potato cake with flour, then, coat with beaten egg followed by breadcrumb. Set aside.
  6. Repeat the same steps with the other potato cakes to envelope the cheese slices and breadcrumb.
  7. Fry the potato cakes til golden brown in color. Ready to serve.
