上个星期六用蜂蜜和冰糖做了糖渍柠檬。
平时如果想喝柠檬汁补充一下维他命C,我总会烦恼剩下的柠檬该怎么处理。
如今,做了糖渍柠檬,我就不再有这个问题了。
想几时喝,随手就可以冲泡来喝了!
用蜂蜜和冰糖腌制过的柠檬,泡起水来好好喝,连柠檬片也可以吃哦!
别担心, 腌过的柠檬片吃起来一点都不苦噢~
冲泡时,只需用干净和干燥的汤匙将两片柠檬取出放入杯子里,再取出大约4茶匙的糖液,再加点水,就是好喝的蜂蜜柠檬水了~
省去了加蜂蜜或糖的麻烦,最适合我这种懒人了。。呵呵。。
材料(2个约350ml的玻璃瓶):
柠檬 3颗
盐 适量
冰糖 适量
纯蜂蜜 适量
做法:
- 将瓶子,刀和砧板用沸水消毒,过后晾干。
- 柠檬用盐搓一搓,再浸泡在盐水里约30分钟。
- 将柠檬取出,洗净,再用厨房纸巾抹干。
- 把柠檬头尾去掉,再切成薄片。
- 倒4-5汤匙的蜂蜜入瓶底中,再放入柠檬片,接着放入冰糖。
- 一直重复放柠檬片和冰糖,直到瓶子装满。
- 接着,在最上层倒入1-2汤匙的蜂蜜。
- 最后,盖上盖子,放在室温或冰箱2天即可。***
备注:
- 请务必确保您的用具是干净和干燥的。这是为了避免细菌滋生,从而影响成品的品质。
- 当您要冲泡柠檬水时,请用干净和干燥的汤匙来取出柠檬片和柠檬汁。这是为了确保您的糖渍柠檬有稍长的收藏期限。
- ***我一瓶放室温,一瓶放冰箱,最后觉得两瓶都没什么分别。
Ingredients(2 approx. 350ml bottles):
Lemon 3 nos
Salt Some
Rock sugar Some
Pure honey Some
Method:
- Sterilize bottles, knife and chopping board with boiling water. Set aside to dry.
- Rub the lemons with some salt, then, soak them in salt water for approx. 30 minutes.
- Take the lemons out, rinse and pat dry with paper towel.
- Remove the top and bottom part of the lemon, then, cut the lemon into thin slices.
- Pour 4-5 tbsp of honey to the bottom of the bottle, followed by lemon slices and rock sugar.
- Repeat the step by putting lemon slices and rock sugar til the bottle is full.
- Next, pour 1-2 tbsp of honey at the top layer.
- Lastly, close the lid and leave it at room temperature or in the fridge for 2 days. Ready to be used. ***
Note:
- It is EXTREMELY important to ensure that all the utensils are CLEAN and DRY.This is to prevent the growth of undesirable microorganisms which will affect the quality of the end product.
- Please use CLEAN and DRY spoon to take the lemon slices and juice out of the bottle when you want to make your honey lemon drink. This is to ensure that the preserved lemon has longer shelf-life.
- *** I left a bottle under room temperature and another bottle in the fridge. I found that there is no difference between both of them.
