淮山红萝卜玉米排骨汤 Pork Rib Soup with Chinese Yam, Carrot and Corn

第一次买鲜淮山煮汤。
我发觉,我煮的汤,来来去去都是加红萝卜和玉米,再加上鸡肉或排骨。
感觉上,汤的味道都是大同小异。
呵呵。。

材料(3-4人份):
鲜淮山---350 g
排骨---200 g
红萝卜---1 根
玉米---2 根
去核红枣---6 颗
洋葱---1 颗
蜜枣---1 颗
枸杞---1 tbsp
盐---适量
水---约1.5 L

做法:
  1. 排骨汆烫后,将其取出,洗净备用。
  2. 于熄火再煮锅的内锅注入水后,煮沸。
  3. 红萝卜去皮,切片。
  4. 玉米洗净后切块。
  5. 洋葱去皮后切块。
  6. 红枣和蜜枣洗净后备用。
  7. 鲜淮山去皮后,切片,并立刻放入沸水中。
  8. 加入其它材料(除了盐),以大火煮20分钟。
  9. 将内锅关入外锅,让其自行焖煮约3小时。
  10. 最后,加入盐调味即可。
Ingredients(3-4 servings):
Chinese Yam---350 g
Pork rib---200 g
Carrot---1 nos
Corn---2 nos
De-seeded red dates---6 nos
Sweet dates---1 nos
Goji berries---1 tbsp
Salt---Add to taste
Water---Approx. 1.5 L

Method:
  1. Blanch the pork ribs, then, remove and rinse. Set aside.
  2. Bring the water to boil in the inner pot of thermal cooker.
  3. Remove the skin of carrot and cut it into slices.
  4. Rinse the corns and cut them into chunks.
  5. Remove the skin of onion and cut it into chunks.
  6. Rinse the red dates and sweet dates. Set aside.
  7. Remove the skin of chinese yam, cut it into slices and put them into the boiling water immediately.
  8. Add in the other ingredients (except salt) and cook over high heat for approx. 20 minutes.
  9. Close the inner pot into the insulator and let it cook for approx. 3 hours.
  10. Lastly, add some salt to taste. Ready to serve.
