自制薯角配芝士酱和美奶滋 Homemade Cheezy Wedges

吃KXC时,除了炸鸡之外,最喜欢吃的,莫过于是他家的芝香薯角了!
可是,他家的薯角常常配上有限的芝士酱,有时还真觉得不够喉呢。
呵呵。。

在偶然的机会下,买了芝士粉。
于是今天,趁着有时间,就赶紧弄了薯角,再淋上芝士酱和美奶滋~
当将沾满酱汁的薯角送进口中时,那滋味简直是棒。。极。。了!
以后,我会更常买马铃薯回家囤货了。
嘻嘻!
这就是我买的‘芝士粉’
材料(2-3人份):
马铃薯---3个
黑胡椒粉---少许

做法:
  1. 将马铃薯洗净后,连皮切成菱状,泡在温水里约20分钟后取出沥干,撒上黑胡椒粉。
  2. 热锅下油,把薯角炸至熟后,将其取出。
  3. 最后,淋上芝士酱和美奶滋即可。
芝士酱:
芝士粉---2 tbsps
热水---2 tbsps

做法:
  1. 将芝士粉与热水以1比1的比例混合,并快速搅拌成喜欢的浓稠度即可。
备注:
包装上的指示说明到芝士粉与热水的比例为1:2,但我稍嫌太稀了,所以我的比例是1:1。


Ingredients(2-3 servings):
Potato---3 nos
Black pepper powder---Some

Method:
  1. Rinse the potato thoroughly and cut them into wedges form with their skins attached. Then, soak them in warm water for approx. 20 minutes and pat dry them followed by sprinkling some black pepper powder on top.
  2. Heat a pan with oil, fry the wedges til cooked and remove.
  3. Lastly, drizzle some cheezy sauce and mayonnaise. Ready to serve.
Cheezy sauce:
Cheese powder---2 tbsps
Hot water---2 tbsps

Method:
  1. Mix the cheese powder and hot water in 1:1 ratio. Then, stir it quickly until you get the desired consistency.
Note:
According to the instructions on the packaging, the ratio of cheese powder to water is 1:2. However, I found it to be quite watery. Hence, I adjusted the ratio to 1:1.
