苹果 1 颗
菊花 10 朵
枸杞 1 tbsp

冰糖 适量
做法:
- 苹果洗净后,切丁;菊花洗净,沥干备用。
- 将水煮沸后,加入苹果,以中火煮约半小时或至软。
- 加入菊花和枸杞,煮约15分钟。
- 最后,加入冰糖调味即可。

Method:
- Rinse the apple, cut it into cubes; rinse the chrysanthemum, drain and set aside.
- Boil the water, add in the apple cubes and cook over medium heat for approx. 30 minutes or til the apples have softened.
- Add in the chrysanthemum and goji berries, cook for 15 minutes.
- Lastly, add in some rock sugar to taste. Ready to serve.
