煮了亚叁酱,第一炮就当然是来个亚叁鱼咯~
有了亚叁鱼,哪能少了黄姜饭呢?
可是,临时临急,没有先浸糯米。
只能将就一点,用了珍珠米,加了少许黄姜粉,再多加一些水煮饭,让饭吃起来多一些黏性,来个冒牌糯米黄姜饭。

自制的亚叁酱配黄姜饭,好下饭哦~
亚叁鱼
材料:
亚叁酱(做法请看这里)
水
鱼肉
羊角豆
番茄
洋葱
红辣椒
姜花
调味料:
白糖
做法:
- 热锅下少许油,爆香亚叁酱后,倒入适量的水煮滚。
- 加入切段的羊角豆,番茄,洋葱,红辣椒和姜花。
- 加入鱼肉,煮至熟。
- 最后,加入白糖调味即可。
Assam Fish
Ingredients:
Assam sauce (Please refer the method here)
Water
Fish
Lady's finger
Tomato
Onion
Red chili
Torch ginger flower
Seasoning:
Sugar
Method:
- Heat a pot with some oil, saute the assam sauce followed by some water. Bring the water to boil.
- Add in the lady's fingers, tomato, onion, red chili and torch ginger flower.
- Add in the fish and cook til completely cooked.
- Lastly, add in some sugar to taste. Ready to serve.
