亚叁鱼配黄姜饭 Assam Fish with Turmeric Rice

煮了亚叁酱,第一炮就当然是来个亚叁鱼咯~
有了亚叁鱼,哪能少了黄姜饭呢?
可是,临时临急,没有先浸糯米。
只能将就一点,用了珍珠米,加了少许黄姜粉,再多加一些水煮饭,让饭吃起来多一些黏性,来个冒牌糯米黄姜饭。

自制的亚叁酱配黄姜饭,好下饭哦~
亚叁鱼
材料:
亚叁酱(做法请看这里
鱼肉
羊角豆
番茄
洋葱
红辣椒
姜花

调味料:
白糖

做法:
  1. 热锅下少许油,爆香亚叁酱后,倒入适量的水煮滚。
  2. 加入切段的羊角豆,番茄,洋葱,红辣椒和姜花。
  3. 加入鱼肉,煮至熟。
  4. 最后,加入白糖调味即可。

Ingredients:
Assam sauce (Please refer the method here)
Water
Fish
Lady's finger
Tomato
Onion
Red chili
Torch ginger flower

Seasoning:
Sugar

Method:
  1. Heat a pot with some oil, saute the assam sauce followed by some water. Bring the water to boil.
  2. Add in the lady's fingers, tomato, onion, red chili and torch ginger flower.
  3. Add in the fish and cook til completely cooked.
  4. Lastly, add in some sugar to taste. Ready to serve.
