材料(6人份):
麦粒- 250 g
椰浆- 200 ml
白糖- 适量
盐- 少许
班兰叶- 3 片
水- 2 公升
做法:
2. 沥干麦粒,再加入另一锅清水。
3. 加入班兰叶,以大火煮约20分钟后,用焖烧锅让其自行焖煮约两个小时。
4. 把班兰叶取出丢掉,加入白糖和盐调味后,再加入椰浆,以中小火煮至沸腾后,盖上锅盖焖约15分钟即可。

Coconut milk- 200 ml

Pandan leaves- 3 pcs
Water- 2 litres
Method:
1. Soak the wheat overnight.
2. Drain the wheat and add it in a pot of water。
3. Add in pandan leaves, bring the water to boil for approx. 20 minutes. Then, let it cook in thermal cooker for approx. 2 hours.
4. Discard the pandan leaves. Add in sugar and salt to taste followed by coconut milk. Bring it to boil over medium-low heat, then, cover the lid and let it simmer for approx. 15 minutes. Ready to serve.
