咖喱酱用的是我娘亲手做的。

意大利面 1人份
培根 1 片(切片)
番茄 1 个(搅打成汁)
洋葱 1/2 个(切碎)
蒜头 2 瓣(切碎)
咖喱酱 1 tbsp
清水 2 tbsps
调味料:
白糖 1/2 tbsp
盐 少许
现磨黑胡椒 少许
做法:
- 根据包装上的指示,将意大利面煮熟,沥干备用。
- 热锅下油,爆香洋葱,蒜头和咖喱酱。
- 加入培根,略煎片刻。
- 倒入番茄汁和水。
- 继续煮至稍微变浓稠。
- 加入白糖,盐和现磨黑胡椒调味。
- 倒入意大利面,混合均匀即可。

Spaghetti Single serving
Bacon 1 slice(Cut into smaller slices)
Tomato 1 nos(Blend into puree)
Onion 1/2 nos(Chopped)
Garlic 2 cloves(Chopped)
Curry paste 1 tbsp
Water 2 tbsps
Seasoning:
Sugar 1/2 tbsp
Salt Add to taste
Ground black pepper Add to taste
Method:

Method:
- Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on packaging, drain and set aside.
- Heat a pan with some oil, sauté onion, garlic and curry paste.
- Add in bacon, pan-fry for a while.
- Add in tomato puree and water.
- Continue to cook til the sauce is slightly thicken.
- Add in sugar, salt and ground black pepper to taste.
- Add in the spaghetti and mix well. Ready to serve.
