丹麦牛油曲奇(涡状) Danish Butter Cookies(Swirly)

丹麦蓝罐曲奇,应该是我最先认识的曲奇吧!记得小时候,每当妈妈买蓝罐曲奇回家,我都会挑那一个长得很像ribbon,上面还粘着粗糖的曲奇来吃,觉得那特好吃!现在回想起,可能是因为那款曲奇长得漂亮,吃起自然而然也会觉得比其它款的好吃吧!可惜,我买不到那个压模。要不然,我今天就把它做出来了。
长大了,蓝罐曲奇再也没在我家里出现了。每当我在百货公司经过饼干那一栏,看到蓝罐曲奇,脑海里总会想起儿时的点滴。虽然架子上出现了很多也是蓝罐包装的丹麦曲奇,但是K字母的蓝罐曲奇在我心中是其它牌子所不能替代的。因为,它装着的,不只是牛油曲奇,而是我的儿时回忆~
在网上关于丹麦牛油曲奇的做法多不胜数,但我却被那标题为:'口味惊艳的丹麦曲奇!堪比蓝罐曲奇哦!'的食谱给吸引住了!
根据这个食谱做出来的丹麦牛油曲奇,真的很香,很好吃。虽然口感并不如正版的那样,但味道有它的影子。我忍不住一片接一片地往嘴里放!

食谱参考: 嘟嘟妈 

材料: (我做了32个曲奇)
牛油(软化)--120g (我用有盐牛油)
糖粉--40g
细糖--30g
鸡蛋--1/2个
牛奶--16g
盐--1/4tsp (我没放)
奶粉--15g
低筋面粉--145g

做法:
  1. 牛油打发至颜色变浅,呈羽毛状。
  2. 分次加入细糖和糖粉,打至糖溶解。
  3. 分次加入蛋液和牛奶,拌匀。
  4. 分次筛入粉类,切拌均匀。(不要过度搅拌)
  5. 在烘焙纸上挤出形状,每个饼之间要留些距离。
  6. 送入已预热 180度的烤箱中层,烤约10分钟。(视自己的烤箱温度自行调整)
  7. 将曲奇取出,放在凉架上,待完全凉了才装罐。
这就是那鼎鼎大名的‘金桶牛油’

  2. the blue tin danish cookies were considered to be very high class cookies those days and hv to eat them slowly cos expensive yet so little :) thx for sharing your danish butter cookies here, i'm sure they are so buttery with great aroma!
