七彩泡泡米脆片 Rainbow Bubble Rice Corn Flakes

记得很多年前,姐姐好像在家做过玉米脆片。
奶油香加上蜜糖香,再加上泡泡米和玉米脆片那吃起来卡滋卡滋的口感,配上彩色巧克力米,还有我那好看到不行的扑克点小纸托,感觉真好~

依这个食谱的分量,我一共做了94杯。这款年饼真的很简单。简单的材料,简单的做法,不简单的好吃。所以,没有人再有借口偷懒啦!来吧!动手吧!


材料:
牛油--60 g
黄糖--2 tbsps
蜂蜜--2.5 tbsps
玉米片--100 g
泡泡米--30 g
七彩巧克力米--适量
小纸托--适量    

做法:
  1. 隔水煮溶牛油和黄糖,加入蜂蜜搅匀。
  2. 离火,加入泡泡米和玉米片,拌匀。
  3. 盛入小纸托,撒上七彩巧克力米。
  4. 放入已预热150度的烤箱,烤8分钟即可取出。
简单的材料,就能做出不简单的美味。。

    1. Pui Yee,泡泡米就是我们平常在外面吃到的花生米饼那样,脆脆的。在烘焙材料店就可以买到了。
