巧克力粒牛油曲奇 Chocolate Chips Butter Cookies


今早无意间在网上看到有人分享这一个食谱。看起来挺容易的,所以今天就做了。

这个食谱真是一个好食谱。饼干刚出炉时吃,酥酥脆脆的。冷却后吃,虽然没那么脆了,但是还是一样酥酥的。我喜欢这种口感。谢谢Meiyun Loh分享这个好食谱!

材料:
牛油--250g
糖粉--100g
鸡蛋--1个
香草精--1/2tsp
普通面粉--300g
奶粉--3tsps
发粉--1/2tsp
巧克力粒--150g


做法:
  1. 将牛油和糖粉混合,打至稍为变白。
  2. 加入鸡蛋和香草精,搅拌均匀。
  3. 筛入粉类和加入巧克力粒混合均成团。
  4. 用保鲜纸包上,冷藏 30分钟或以上。
  5. 把面团取出后用茶匙勺出大概大小的面团,排放在已铺上油纸的烤盘上。
  6. 放入已预热160度的烤箱,烤15-20分钟。

  3. i was just looking at another choc chip cookies before yours shared by another blogger at our event. Choc chip are really classic all time favourite for many, including me :)
