鸡肉丝卷 Chicken Floss Mini Spring Rolls

已经很多年没吃鸡肉丝卷了。今年会做这个,是因为姐姐说她想吃。既然我什么都不多,最多就是时间,那就做吧!又有机会尝试多一样了!呵呵~做法是很简单,但是实在是很花时间。有姐姐的帮忙,我们都花了大概四个半小时才做了区区的两小罐。不过,真的是值得啦!

材料:
鸡肉丝--500g
春卷皮--50张

面粉--3tbsp
水--100ml

做法:
  1. 把面粉和水和成面糊。
  2. 将春卷皮一分为九后,用湿布盖着待用。
  3. 取一张春卷皮铺在碟子上,放上适量的鸡肉丝,像春卷那样卷起。
  4. 用一些面糊将春卷尾段封口。
  5. 烧热油锅,将春卷炸至开始便金黄色就立刻取出。
  6. 待春卷完全凉了才装罐。
备注:
当春卷炸至开始便金黄色就得立刻取出,因为取出后,过一阵子春卷的颜色还会加深。

    1. Ya,it was really time-consuming..but i feel glad when my sister told me that she have finished half tin of the rolls that she brought back to her home very fast..it's worthy! :)
