近来常下雨,天气凉凉,冷冷地。
尤其是在晚上,有时还会冷得不但关窗,我不开风扇睡觉呢。
在这种天气,最适合吃暖胃的食物。
除了咖喱,冬炎汤等辣汤之外,姜煮的食物也是一个不错的选择。
昨晚,看到紫罗兰家煮了麻油鸡面线。
夜麻麻,冷冷的天气,看到一碗热腾腾的麻油鸡面线,实在是受不了了~
好想伸手到电脑荧幕里拿一碗来吃!
尤其是这种通常坐月子吃的食物,我都很爱!
什么猪脚醋啦,麻油鸡啦,红酒鸡啦,我通通都爱!
今天,因为某些原因,可以比较早回家。
刚下过雨的天,冷嗖嗖地,根本就是煮一碗麻油鸡面线的好时机嘛~
用了家里仅有的材料,终于有了我人生第一碗自家煮的《麻油鸡面线》了。。
我很久没有吃过麻油鸡了,已经忘了它该是什么味道。
我想,只要有麻油的香,姜片的辣,都算及格吧!
呵呵~
热辣辣的汤面,配上溏心荷包蛋,今天的午餐比在外头吃实在是好太多了!
食谱参考:食在有健康(少许更动)
材料(1人份):
面线 1 份
鸡蛋 1 颗
鸡肉 1 块(切片)
姜片 6片
乌麻油 3 tbsp
枸杞 1 tbsp(浸水)
水 1 碗
调味料:
白胡椒粉 少许
盐 适量
做法:
- 热锅下少许麻油,将鸡蛋煎成荷包蛋。取出,备用。
- 倒入少许麻油,将姜片煎香后,加入鸡肉片,煎至颜色变白。
- 倒入麻油,水和一半的枸杞,焖煮约10分钟。
- 加入面线,煮软后,用白胡椒粉和盐调味。
- 将面线和麻油鸡汤盛盘后,放上荷包蛋和剩下的枸杞即可。

Ginger 6 slices
Dark sesame oil 3 tbsps
Goji berries 1 tbsp(Soak in water)
Water 1 bowl

White pepper powder Some

Method:

Method:
- Heat a pan with some sesame oil, fry a sunny-side up egg. Remove and set aside.
- Add some sesame oil and pan-fry the ginger slices til fragrant. Then, add in the chicken fillets and pan-fry til they turn white in color.
- Pour in the remaining sesame oil, water and half of the goji berries, let them simmer for approx. 10 minutes.
- Add in mee sua and cook til it softened. Then, adjust the taste with white pepper powder and salt.
- Serve the mee sua and sesame oil chicken soup in a bowl. Then, put the sunny-side up on top and top with the remaining goji berries. Ready to serve.
