我是不吃葡萄,不爱plum之类的水果的人。
有人买东西时会想起我,我是真的很开心,也很感激。。
但,我该怎么解决掉那一包樱桃呢?
结果,就想到我可以来个樱桃免煮冷藏燕麦。
今天,早上起身吃酸甜的樱桃和燕麦,即开胃又健康,还可以慢慢地消灭掉那包樱桃呢!
我还加了姐姐给的奇异籽,为这份早餐加分~

由于加了奇异籽,所以我增加了牛奶的分量,避免隔夜燕麦变得太浓稠。
材料(1人份):
快煮燕麦 6tbsp
低脂牛奶 3/4包
原味酸奶 2tbsp
奇异籽 1tbsp
樱桃 8颗
做法:
- 将燕麦放入罐中,加入牛奶,酸奶和奇异籽,盖上盖子,摇晃均匀。
- 加入已洗净切丁的樱桃,用汤匙拌匀。
- 盖上盖子,放入冰箱冷藏隔夜。
- 隔天,将燕麦取出,加上新鲜的樱桃,即可食用。
备注:
可依照自己喜欢的浓稠度调整牛奶的分量。

Quickcook Oatmeal 6 tbsp
Low fat milk 3/4 pack
Low fat milk 3/4 pack
Natural yogurt 2 tbsp
Chia seeds 1 tbsp
Cherries 8 nos
Method:
- Put oatmeal into a jar, add in milk, yogurt and chia seeds, put on the lid and shake until they are well-mixed.
- Add in cherry cubes and stir well with a spoon.
- Put on the lid and refrigerate it overnight.
- After a night, take out the oatmeal from the refrigerator and add in some fresh cherries. Ready to serve.
Note:
Can adjust the amount of milk based on own preferences for the thickness of oatmeal formed.

近来 Cherry 价钱比较便宜了,我家也差不多每个星期吃500g。
