青苹果桂圆红枣糖水 Green Apple-Longan-Jujube Sweet Soup

家里还剩下一颗青苹果。
对于不喜欢咬苹果的我,想也不想,就拿来煮糖水喝咯~
之前试过苹果雪耳糖水,这次就换一换口味,来个青苹果桂圆红枣糖水吧!
出门之前,将全部材料放入‘熄火再煮锅’煮,出门回来就可以喝了。

做法其实跟桂圆红枣枸杞茶一样,只不过是加了青苹果丁而已。
好好喝!
热喝好喝,冷喝也一样好喝~

材料(3杯):
青苹果                1个
桂圆                    8颗
去核红枣           5颗
枸杞                    1把
冰糖                    适量

做法:
  1. 将青苹果洗净后切丁。
  2. 桂圆,红枣和枸杞用水冲一冲后,与苹果一起放入熄火再煮锅的内锅中并注入适量的清水。
  3. 以大火煮约10分钟后,再将内锅关入外锅中,让其继续煮约1个小时,
  4. 最后,加入冰糖调味即可。
Ingredients(3 cups):
Green apple                   1 nos
Dried longans                8 nos
Jujube (De-seeded)        3 nos
Goji Berries                   A handful
Rock sugar                    Add to taste

Method:
  1. Rinse the green apple and cut it into cubes.
  2. Rinse the dried longans, jujube and goji berries, then, put them into the inner pot of a thermal cooker along with the apple cubes and pour some water in it.
  3. Bring the water to boil under high heat for approx. 10 minutes, then, put the inner pot into the insulator and close the lid to let it continue to cook for approx. an hour.
  4. Lastly, add some rock sugar to taste. Ready to serve.
