白菜干汤是我最爱的其中一道家常汤。
它既好味,又简单。
煮了一大锅,我喝了两大碗,其余的,我两位屋友帮我扫个清光,还告诉我好好喝呢!
呵呵。。
又骗到别人了。。
嘻嘻~
材料(5人份):
白菜干 80g
排骨 200g
红萝卜 1支
玉米 1支
去核红枣 5颗
蜜枣 2颗
盐 适量
水 适量
做法:
- 白菜干浸在热水中约15分钟,让其变软。
- 将白菜干取出,用清水洗净,去掉沙子后切成小段。
- 排骨汆烫后,将其取出,洗净备用。
- 红萝卜去皮,切片。
- 玉米洗净后切块。
- 红枣和蜜枣洗净后备用。
- 于熄火再煮锅的内锅注入水后,加入所有材料,以大火煮20分钟。
- 将内锅关入外锅,让其自行焖煮约3小时。
- 加入盐调味即可。

Pork ribs 200g

Corn 1 nos
De-seeded red dates 5 nos
Sweet dates 2 nos
Salt Add to taste

Method:
- Soak the dried bok choy in hot water for approx. 15 minutes to soften it.
- Remove the dried bok choy and rinse it under running water to remove the sands and other impurities.
- Blanch the pork ribs, rinse them and set aside.
- Remove the skin of carrot and cut it into slices.
- Rinse the corn and cut it into chunks.
- Rinse the red dates and sweet dates. Set aside.
- Pour some water into the inner pot of a thermal cooker, put in all the ingredients and cook them under high heat for approx. 20 minutes.
- Put the inner pot into the insulating container, close the lid and let it cook for approx. 3 hours.
- Add in some salt to taste. Ready to serve.
