南瓜咖椰(面包机版) Pumpkin Kaya(Bread Maker Version)

我娘的好朋友给了我们一个南瓜。
我娘每一次都会做《南瓜包子》回礼。
这次,来一点不一样的,我做了《南瓜咖椰》。
前几天,看到饭厅角落的面包机。
想到很久没有开机做些什么了。
于是,就决定用面包机来代替传统搅拌的方式来做《南瓜咖椰》。
有了面包机的帮忙,就免去了守在一旁不停地搅拌的麻烦。
用面包机做的咖椰,好滑,也免去了要用搅拌机blend至滑的麻烦。
好方便,好好玩~
材料(3小罐):
南瓜糊---400 g
椰浆---250 g
白糖---150 g
班兰叶---4 片(打结)

做法:
  1. 把南瓜蒸熟后,打成糊状。
  2. 加入椰浆,混合均匀。
  3. 把所有材料放入面包机内,选择Tesco面包机的‘9号-Jam’(搅煮1小时20分钟)。
  4. 当面包机响起后,把咖椰倒入干净无水的罐子。
  5. 放置至冷却后才盖上盖子,冷藏。
Ingredients(3 small containers):
Pumpkin puree---400 g
Coconut milk---250 g
Sugar---150 g
Pandan leaves---4 pcs(Tie a knot)

Method:
  1. Steam the pumpkin til soft, then, blend it into puree.
  2. Add in coconut milk and stir well.
  3. Put all the ingredients into the bread maker, select 'Mode 9-Jam' of the Tesco Bread Maker (cook for 1 hour and 20 mins).
  4. When the bread maker beeps, pour the jam into a clean and dry container.
  5. Let it completely cooled before closing its lid and refrigerate.
