自我的韩式辣酱用完后,一直都想补货。
可是,找了几家超市都没有看到。
直到上个月,无意间买到了韩式辣酱和韩式大酱。
隔天,迫不及待地准备了《韩式大酱汤》~
对于我这种重口味的人来说,吃着这道料理还真的是一种享受~
材料(1-2人份):马铃薯--1个(切块)
洋葱--1个(切块)
红萝卜--1/2根(切块)
嫩豆腐--1/2盒(切块)
新鲜蘑菇--1/2碗(切片)
蛤蜊--1/2碗
金针菇--1/2包
红辣椒--1/2根
青辣椒--1/2根
韩式大酱--1 tbsp
韩式辣酱--1/2 tbsp
做法:
- 把蛤蜊泡在温盐水里约2个小时让其吐沙。
- 热锅下油,爆香洋葱。
- 加入马铃薯,红萝卜,蘑菇和金针菇,翻炒片刻。
- 把其他材料(除了豆腐和蛤蜊)加入锅中,倒入适量的水,以中小火焖煮约30分钟或马铃薯熟透了。
- 最后,加入豆腐和蛤蜊,稍煮片刻至蛤蜊熟后即可。
Potato--1 nos(Cut into chunks)
Onion--1 nos(Cut into chunks)
Carrot--1/2 nos(Cut into chunks)
Soft tofu--1/2 block(Cut into chunks)
Fresh mushrooms--1/2 bowl(Cut into slices)
Clams--1/2 bowl
Enoki mushrooms--1/2 packet
Red pepper--1/2 pc
Green pepper--1/2 pc
Korean doenjang--1 tbsp
Korean red pepper paste--1/2 tbsp
Method:
- Soak the clam in warm salted water for approx. 2 hours to remove the sand in it.
- Heat a pan with oil, sauté the onion.
- Add in potatoes, carrots, mushrooms and enoki mushrooms, stir fry for a while.
- Add in the other ingredients (except tofu and clams), pour in some water and let it simmer for approx. 30 minutes or til the potatoes are cooked.
- Lastly, add in tofu and clams, cook for a moment til the clams are cooked. Ready to serve.
