第一次煮奶油炖菜。
话说,某一晚天气凉凉地,好想来一碗热腾腾的汤。
翻了翻冰箱,决定来份《三文鱼奶油炖菜》。
我煮了很大份,跟屋友一起分享。
自己吃了很多,因为实在是太喜欢了~
又一道简易的晚餐~
材料(2-3人份):
- 三文鱼撒上少许胡椒粉和盐,腌约15分钟。
- 热锅把牛油溶化,爆香洋葱,蒜头和月桂叶。
- 加入马铃薯,番茄和红萝卜块,煎片刻。
- 倒入适量的水,盖过食材,以中小火煮至食材变软。
- 加入花椰菜和牛奶,煮至沸腾。
- 加入鲣鱼粉,胡椒粉和盐调味。
- 最后,加入三文鱼,煮至熟即可。
Ingredients(2-3 servings):
- Spread some pepper powder and salt on salmon fillet to marinade for approx. 15 mins.
- Heat a pan to melt the butter, sauté onion, garlic and bay leaves.
- Add in potato, tomato and carrot chunks, pan-fry for a while.
- Pour some water into the pan to cover the ingredients, heat over medium low heat til the ingredients have softened.
- Add in broccoli and milk, bring the soup to boil.
- Add in some dashi, pepper powder and salt to taste.
- Lastly, add in salmon and cook til cooked. Ready to serve.
