材料(1人份):
乌冬面 1人份
鸡肉 1片(切小块)
黑木耳 1/2 片(浸温水,泡发,切丝)
红萝卜 1小段(刨丝)
玉米粒 适量
小红葱 1颗(切碎)
蒜头 3瓣(切碎)
白芝麻 2tbsp
调味料:
蚝油 1tbsp
酱油 1/2tbsp
黑酱油 1/2tsp
清水 3tbsp
装饰:
小黄瓜丝 少许
做法:
- 乌冬面用水冲一冲,沥干备用。
- 热锅下油,爆香小红葱和蒜头。
- 加入黑木耳,红萝卜丝及玉米粒,略炒。
- 加入鸡肉,翻炒至变白。
- 加入乌冬面。
- 倒入调味料,拌炒均匀。
- 加入白芝麻,拌炒均匀。
- 熄火,盛盘,放上小黄瓜丝装饰即可。
Udon 1 portion
Chicken 1 slice(Cut into smaller pieces)
Black fungus 1/2 片(Soak in warm water to rehydrate, cut into strips)
Carrot 1 section(Shredded)
Corn Some
Shallot 1 nos(Chopped)
Garlic 3 cloves(Chopped)
White sesame seeds 2 tbsp
Seasonings:
Oyster sauce 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1/2 tbsp
Dark soy sauce 1/2 tsp
Water 3 tbsp
Decoration:
Shredded cucumber Some
Method:
- Rinse the udon with water, drain and set aside.
- Heat a pan with some oil, sauté the chopped shallot and garlic.
- Add in black fungus, carrot and corn, stir-fry for a while.
- Add in chicken slices, cook until the colour changes to white.
- Add in udon.
- Pour in the seasonings and stir well.
- Add in white sesame seeds. Mix well.
- Serve on a plate and decorate with shredded cucumber. Ready to serve.
