之前要买芝麻酱,但是一直都找不到。
直到有一天,无意间给我找到了。
一直在找机会试一试弄个芝麻酱凉面。。
终于,今天从学校回到家,趁着还有时间,冰箱里也有小黄瓜和红萝卜,就动手了!
对于这道面食,我只能说,好~~好~~吃!
原来,不是只有热腾腾的面条才好吃。
冷冷的面条也可以很好吃哦~
我煮了蛮大一份,但是,很快就被我扫请光了!
吃完了,我还想再吃呢!
我真的爱上了这道简单但非常美味的《芝麻花生酱凉面》!

凉面:材料:
面条 1 人份
红萝卜 1 小段(切丝)
小黄瓜 1 小段(切丝)
白芝麻 1 tbsp
麻油 1 tsp
做法:
- 将面条根据包装上的指示煮熟,过冷水后沥干,冷藏备用。
- 把小黄瓜丝冷藏备用。
- 把红萝卜丝放入热水中烫约30秒,取出沥干,冷藏备用。
- 将小黄瓜和红萝卜丝放在面条上,再淋上芝麻花生酱,混合均匀即可。
材料:
蒜头 2 瓣(切碎)
芝麻酱 1 tbsp
花生酱 1 tbsp
白糖 1 tbsp
白醋 1 tbsp
酱油 1/2 tbsp
水 2 tbsp
做法:
- 用少许麻油爆香蒜蓉,取出待凉。
- 把全部材料混合均匀,放入冰箱冷藏备用。
Cold Noodles
Ingredients:
Noodles 1 portion
Carrot 1 section (Shredded)
Cucumber 1 section (Shredded)
White sesame seeds 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Method:
- Cook the noodles based on the instructions on the packaging. Rinse the noodles with cold water, drain it and refrigerate.
- Keep the shredded cucumber in the refrigerator.
- Blanch the shredded carrot for approximately 30 seconds, drain and refrigerate.
- Put the shredded cucumber and carrot on the noodles, pour the sauce and mix well. Ready to serve.
Ingredients:
Garlic 2 cloves (Chopped)
Sesame sauce 1 tbsp
Peanut butter 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1/2 tbsp
Water 2 tbsp
Method:
- Sauté the chopped garlic with some sesame oil.
- Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate.

DeleteCat , I love peanut-sesame noodles though I prefer a warm noodles instead of cold :D I like your idea of adding cucumber and carrot slices to this dish ! I'm gonna try adding those 2 veggies when I make mine next time .
