鸡翅膀是我最爱吃的部份。
每一次我娘煮鸡翅膀时,我都会很开心!
每一次煮的,虽然都是干煎蚝油鸡翅膀,但我屡屡不厌。
每一次我都会叫我娘煮多多只,因为煮再多,我都可以吃完。
呵呵。。
好想吃BBQ蜜糖鸡全翅,但是不可能啦。
于是,我自己乱来,弄个蜜糖鸡全翅。
材料:
鸡全翅 3只
腌料:
蜂蜜 1 tbsp
蚝油 1/2 tbsp
酱油 1/2 tbsp
麻油 1 tsp
做法:
- 鸡全翅洗净后,用厨房纸巾抹干,再用叉子叉几个洞。
- 用腌料将鸡全翅腌3小时或隔夜。
- 热一个平底锅,放入鸡全翅,以中小火将鸡全翅两面煎熟即可。
备注:
可以用烤箱烤,不用平底锅煎。

Marinades:
Honey 1 tbsp
Oyster sauce 1/2 tbsp
Soy sauce 1/2 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tsp
Method:
- Rinse chicken wings and pat dry with kitchen towel. Then, poke several holes on the chicken with a fork.
- Marinade the chicken wings for 3 hours or overnight.
- Heat a non-stick pan, pan-fry the wings over medium low heat til both sides have turned golden brown and cooked. Ready to serve.
Note:
Can bake this in an oven.
