明天就要回家了,所以今天就要解决掉冰箱里的材料。
于是,决定学学之前不知在哪里看到的一款蛋饼,将所有蔬菜混在一起解决掉就可以了~
整夜没睡,心情blue blue底~
一大清早,看到颜色鲜艳漂亮的早餐,心情不再blue blue了,瞬间变彩色了!
所以说嘛,食物,比任何东西更容易让我觉得满足和开心。。
将半熟的蛋黄戳破,涂在蛋饼上,每一口都是浓浓的蛋味儿~
虽然如此,我还稍嫌味道有点淡,所以过后还挤上了一些美奶滋和番茄酱。。
味道更上一层楼!加分!加分!
材料(1人份):
鸡蛋 1颗
普通面粉 3 tbsp
水 2-3 tbsp
西兰花
萝卜
青灯笼椒
黄灯笼椒
洋葱
盐
黑胡椒碎
*蔬菜和调味料分量方面请自行斟酌
做法:
- 将蔬菜切小块或刨丝,洗净备用。
- 面粉加入水,混合成面糊。
- 将蔬菜加入面糊,混合均匀。
- 加入盐和黑胡椒碎调味。
- 热锅,下少许油,倒入面糊,中小火煎至半熟。
- 将鸡蛋打在面糊中间,盖上锅盖,直到蛋黄呈半熟状态即可。
备注:
可以沾喜欢的沾酱以增加风味。

Method:

Method:
- Cut or shred the vegetables. Rinse and set aside.
- Add some water into the flour, mix well to form a smooth batter.
- Add the vegetables into the batter and mix well.
- Add some salt and ground black pepper to taste.
- Heat a pan with some oil, pour the batter into the pan and pan-fry it over medium low heat til half-cooked.
- Crack an egg at the middle of the pancake, cover the pan with a lid til the yolk is half-cooked. Ready to serve.
Note:
You can dip with sauce of own preference to improve the taste.
