简易白酱螺旋面 Easy White Sauce Fusilli

今天一早就要去lab做事情,所以只能匆匆喝了一杯麦片就出门了。
回到家后,做功课做到一半,突然很想吃白酱意面。
找了找柜子,没完意面了;我也等不及将鸡肉解冻,所以就只能用我能用的杂豆。
用极简单的材料煮的白酱螺旋面,虽然不能说好吃得会飞天,但起码能满足我这张没有东西吃就不能专心做事情的嘴!
呵呵。。

材料(2人份):
螺旋面---2人份
植物油---少许

杂豆---半碗   
洋葱---半颗(切碎)
蒜头---3瓣(切碎)
牛油---1 tbsp 
牛奶---120 ml
车打芝士---2片

干巴西利---少许

做法:
  1. 煮一锅水,放入少许油后,放入螺旋面跟着包装的指示将面煮熟。
  2. 最后两分钟时,将杂豆放入锅中跟螺旋面一起煮。
  3. 面条和杂豆取出后过一过冷水,沥干,放入一大碗中,加入少许油捞均匀,备用。
  4. 取一小锅,热锅,放入牛油,爆香洋葱碎和蒜茸。
  5. 加入牛奶和车打芝士片,煮至芝士片完全溶化。
  6. 将螺旋面放入锅中,和煮好的白酱拌匀后盛盘。
  7. 最后,在螺旋面上撒上少许香草即可。
Ingredients(2 servings):
Fusilli---2 servings
Vegetable oil---Some

Mixed vege---1/2 bowl
Onion---1/2 (Chopped)
Garlic---3 cloves(Chopped)
Butter---1 tbsp
Milk---120 ml
Cheddar cheese---2 slices

Dried parsley---Some

Method:
  1. Boil a pot of water, add some oil into the water and cook fusilli according to instructions on packaging.
  2. At the last 2 minutes, add the mixed vege into the pot and cook together with fusilli.
  3. Remove the fusilli and mixed vege from water, soak them in cold water for a few seconds, drained, put it in a big bowl and mix with some oil. Set aside.
  4. Heat a small pot with butter, sautee chopped onion and garlic.
  5. Add milk and cheddar cheese, cook until the cheese has completely melted.
  6. Put the fusilli into the pot and mix with the white sauce thoroughly. Then, put the fusilli on a plate.
  7. Lastly, top some dried parsley on the fusiili. Ready to serve.

    1. 没关系。。下次就准备两种酱汁。。轩宏马麻吃白酱,家人吃红酱就可以了~嘻嘻。。
