虽然自己的厨艺还算是过得去,但真不敢相信这是我煮的。

喜欢吃辣的朋友,一定不要错过这道非常下饭的韩式辣炒鱿鱼咯!
材料(2人份):
鱿鱼 2大只
洋葱 1个(切块)
萝卜 1/3个(刨丝)
青椒 1/2个(切块)
蒜头 3瓣(切碎)
盐 少许
调味酱:
韩式辣酱 2 tbsp
辣椒粉 1 tbsp
酱油 1/2 tbsp
砂糖 1/2 tbsp
白芝麻 少许(装饰用)
做法:
- 处理好鱿鱼后,抹上少许盐,静置30分钟备用。
- 煮一锅水,加入鱿鱼汆烫至鱿鱼卷起来就立刻取出。
- 热锅,下少许油,爆香蒜茸和洋葱。
- 下调味酱炒香后,加入萝卜和青椒拌炒。
- 加入鱿鱼继续拌炒均匀。
- 盛盘后,撒上少许白芝麻即可。

Squid 2 large one
Onion 1个(Cut into cubes)
Carrot 1/3个(Shredded)
Green bell pepper 1/2个(Cut into cubes)
Garlic 3 cloves(Chopped)
Salt Some
Seasoning sauce:
Korean red pepper sauce 2 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tbsp
White sesame seeds Some (For decoration)
Method:
Onion 1个(Cut into cubes)
Carrot 1/3个(Shredded)
Green bell pepper 1/2个(Cut into cubes)
Garlic 3 cloves(Chopped)

Korean red pepper sauce 2 tbsp
Chili powder 1 tbsp
Soy sauce 1/2 tbsp
Sugar 1/2 tbsp
White sesame seeds Some (For decoration)
Method:
- After handling the squid, rub some salt on it and set aside for 30 minutes. (Can refer the ways of handling squid over here- Google translate yourself ya)
- Bring a pot of water to boil and blanch the squid until it curls, remove it from the pot immediately.
- Heat a pot with some oil, saute the garlic and onion.
- Add in the seasoning sauce and saute for a while, then, add in carrot and bell pepper.
- Add in the blanched squid and stir-fry for a while.
- Put them on a plate and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top. Ready to serve.
