牛奶芒果西米露 Milky Mango Dessert


家里多了两颗甜芒果,脑子里浮现的当然是拿来做甜品咯~

看看冰箱,看看我的储物柜,就知道要做什么了。。‘芒果西米露’。。但用的不是椰奶,而是牛奶。。用的不是blender,而是什么都不用。。呵呵。。

离开家里到这里,一个没有烤箱的地方,厨房也是我一点一点地买或从家里带一些用具过来,才勉强算一个合格的厨房。。呵呵。。那既然不能在这里玩烘焙,那手痒时该怎么止痒呢?惟有找找不需要烤箱,不需要太多器材的食谱来过过手瘾咯~

这款甜品,正合我意!材料即简单,又只需要基本的厨房用具。。重点是,它是一道很正的甜品~冰冰甜甜,赞!

材料(1人份):
牛奶          250ml
白糖          1.5tbsp
小西米      3tbsp
芒果          1颗

做法:
  1. 牛奶加入白糖后,慢火加热至白糖完全溶化。
  2. 待牛奶变凉后,倒入瓶里放入冰箱冷藏。
  3. 加热一锅水至水沸腾后,加入洗净的小西米,一边煮,一边搅拌,直到小西米中心剩一小白点。(约15分钟)
  4. 熄火,盖上锅盖,继续焖约10分钟至小西米变完全透明。
  5. 取出小西米,用冷水冲洗,沥干,再放入冰水里,收进冰箱冷藏。
  6. 芒果洗净后切丁,放入冰箱冷藏。
  7. 待要喝时,将小西米沥干水,与芒果丁一起加入牛奶即可。
备注:
煮小西米时,一定要不时搅拌,以免小西米黏成一块或黏在锅底。

Ingredients (One serving):
Milk             250ml
Sugar           1.5tbsp
Small sago   3tbsp
Mango         1nos

Method:
  1. Add the sugar into the milk, heat it with low heat until the sugar is fully dissolved.
  2. When the milk has cooled down, pour it into a bottle and keep it in refrigerator.
  3. Boil a pot of water, add in the rinsed small sago and keep stirring until the core is left with a little white color. (approximately 15 minutes)
  4. Turn off the heat and cover the pot with a lid. Leave it for around 10 minutes until the sago has turned to be completely transparent.
  5. Remove the sago from the pot and wash it with cold water. After that, strain it, put it in cold/ice water and keep it in the refrigerator.
  6. Cut the mango into cubes and refrigerate it.
  7. When it is the time to serve it, strain the sago and add into the milk together with the mango cubes. Ready to serve.
Note:
It is necessary to stir the sago while cooking to prevent it from sticking together or sticking at the bottom of the pot.
