一盘《苦瓜炒蛋》,配上简单的白粥,好满足~
材料(2人份):
苦瓜---1/3 根
鸡蛋---2 个
蒜头---3 瓣(切碎)
调味料:
麻油---3 滴
酱油---适量
胡椒粉---适量
盐---适量
做法:
- 苦瓜切片后,用少许盐抓一抓,让其静置至少15分钟。
- 过后,用水将苦瓜冲一冲,再放入一锅沸水中汆烫约30秒后,取出沥干。
- 鸡蛋加入调味料后,混合均匀。
- 热锅下少许油,爆香蒜头后,加入蛋液和苦瓜。
- 以小火不停地翻炒,将蛋炒至喜欢的熟度即可。

Method:
- Cut the bitter gourd into slices, rub the slices with some salt and set aside for at least 15 mins.
- Rinse the salt off the bitter gourd. Then, blanch the bitter gourd for approx. 30 secs. Drain and set aside.
- Stir the eggs with seasoning.
- Heat a pan with some oil, sauté the garlic. Then, add in the eggs and bitter gourd.
- Keep stirring the egg and bitter gourd over low heat til the eggs have reached your desired consistency. Ready to serve.
