雪耳桂圆红枣糖水 Snow Fungus Dessert with Dried Longan and Red Dates

雪耳     4朵
桂圆     约20颗
红枣     5颗(大颗)
水         1000ml
冰糖     适量

  1. 将雪耳洗净,用温水泡发后撕成小片(底部硬的部分不要)。
  2. 将桂圆洗净,备用;红枣洗净,去核,剪成小片。
  3. 把全部材料加入锅中的水里,以大火煮30分钟。
  4. 熄火,焖20分钟,再以小火煮1小时。
  5. 熄火,加入适量的冰糖调味即可。
Ingredients (3 Servings):
Snow fungus       4 pcs
Dried Longan      Approx. 20 pcs
Red dates            5 pcs (large)
Water                  5 bowls
Rock sugar          Add to taste


  1. After rinsing the snow fungus, soak them in warm water until they become soft, then tear them into smaller pieces (remove the bottom part that is hard).
  2. Rinse the dried longan and set aside. Deseed the rinsed red dates and cut them into smaller pieces.
  3. Place all the ingredients into a pot of water, boil for 30 minutes.
  4. Turn off the heat and leave it for 20 minutes, then simmer for another 1 hour.
  5. Turn off the heat and add some rock sugar to taste.
