马铃薯炒洋葱汉堡 Potato Burger with Sautéed Onion

为了解决冰箱里的生菜,跟姐姐讨了两个汉堡,打算随便做个吞拿汉堡。
在放工回家的路途中,突发奇想,决定把爱吃的马铃薯跟汉堡结合。
于是,就有了今晚的晚餐,《马铃薯炒洋葱汉堡》。
做法简单,却美味!
最适合我这个马铃薯控了!
材料:
汉堡包---1 个
马铃薯---1 个
洋葱---1 颗(切丝)
蒜头---3 瓣
番茄---1/2个(切片)
生菜---2片
车打芝士---1 片
牛油---1汤匙
酱油---2茶匙
美奶滋---适量
芥末---适量
盐---适量
现磨黑胡椒---适量

做法:
  1. 将马铃薯去皮切块后,与蒜头一同放入一锅沸水中,煮至筷子能够轻易插入马铃薯。
  2. 把马铃薯和蒜头取出后,沥干。
  3. 趁热加入牛油,盐和胡椒粉,并把马铃薯和蒜头压成泥状。
  4. 把马铃薯泥搓成圆形后压扁。
  5. 热锅下少许油,把马铃薯片煎至双面呈金黄色后取出。
  6. 热锅下少许油,加入洋葱丝,翻炒至呈透明状后加入酱油和现磨黑胡椒调味。
  7. 将汉堡包一分为二,涂上少许牛油,放入锅中稍微加热。
  8. 在汉堡包上依序铺上生菜,番茄,马铃薯片,芝士和炒洋葱后,淋上美奶滋和芥末即可。

Ingredients:
Burger bun---1 pc
Potato---1 nos
Onion---1 nos(Shredded)
Garlic---3 cloves
Tomato---1/2 nos(Sliced)
Lettuce---2 slices
Cheddar cheese---1 slice
Butter---1 tbsp
Soy sauce---2 tsps
Mayonnaise---Add to taste
Mustard---Add to taste
Salt---Add to taste
Ground black pepper---Add to taste

Method:
  1. Peel off the skin of the potato, cut it into cubes and boil it in water together with garlic til chopstick can easily penetrate the potato cubes.
  2. Drain the potatoes and garlic.
  3. Add in butter, salt and black pepper while the potatoes are still hot. Mash the potatoes and garlic.
  4. Shape the mashed potato into a thick disc form.
  5. Heat a pan with some oil and pan-fry the potato patty til both sides turn to be golden brown in colour. Dish out.
  6. Add some oil into the pan, add in shredded onion and stir-fry til they turn to be translucent. Add in soy sauce and ground black pepper to taste.
  7. Divide the burger bun into two horizontally, spread some butter on both sides and heat the buns on the pan for a while.
  8. Layer the lettuce, tomato, potato patty, cheese and sautéed onion followed by mayonnaise and mustard on the burger bun. Ready to serve.
