小时候,最不喜欢妈妈煮这道菜,因为讨厌蒜仔的味道。
现在长大了,开始懂得欣赏蒜仔的香。
又是一道下饭菜,《蒜仔豆腐》。
材料:
板豆腐---3 块(切小块)
蒜苗---1-2 棵(切段)
蒜头---3 瓣(切碎)
调味料:
蚝油---2 汤匙
白糖---1/2 汤匙
清水---适量
勾芡:
玉米粉---1 汤匙
清水---1 汤匙
做法:
- 热锅下油,把板豆腐炸至呈金黄色后取出备用。
- 锅中留下少许油,爆香蒜头和蒜苗。
- 加入清水和所有调味料,勾芡。
- 倒入豆腐,翻拌均匀即可。
Hard tofu---3 pcs(Cut into smaller pieces)
Leek---1 stalk(Cut into sections)
Garlic---3 cloves(Chopped)
Seasoning:
Oyster sauce---2 tbsps
Sugar---1/2 tbsp
Water---Some
Thickener:
Corn starch---1 tbsp
Water---1 tbsp
Method:

Method:
- Heat a wok with some oil, fry the tofu til golden brown in colour. Dish out and set aside.
- Keep some oil in the wok, sauté the garlic and leek.
- Add in some water and all the seasoning, thicken the sauce with thickener.
- Pour in the tofu and stir-fry for a while. Dish out and ready to serve.
According to Stanford Medical, It's indeed the ONLY reason women in this country get to live 10 years more and weigh 19 kilos less than us.
