献上今日简易晚餐:《芝士泡菜乌冬汤面》
材料(1人份):
乌冬面---1包
豆腐---1块(切块)
泡菜---1/2 碗(泡菜的做法请看这里)
泡菜汁---4汤匙
洋葱---1颗(切丝)
麻油---1汤匙
韩式辣酱---1汤匙
车打芝士---2片
红辣椒---1根(切片)
清水---适量
做法:
- 将乌冬面跟着包装上的指示烫熟后,沥干,放入碗中备用。
- 热锅下麻油,爆香洋葱丝和辣椒。
- 加入泡菜,泡菜汁和韩式辣酱。
- 加入适量的清水,不停地搅拌至辣酱完全溶化。
- 加入豆腐,稍煮约3分钟。
- 把汤汁淋在乌冬面上,趁热盖上芝士,再放上一颗荷包蛋即可。
Udon---1packet
Tofu---1nos(Cubed)
Kimchi---1/2 bowl (Please refer the recipe here)
Kimchi juice---4tbsp
Onion---1nos(Shredded)
Sesame oil---1tbsp
Korean red pepper paste---1tbsp
Cheddar cheese---2slices
Red chili---1nos(Sliced)
Water---Some
Method:
- Cook the udon according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain and dish in a bowl.
- Heat a pan with some sesame oil, sauté the onion and chili.
- Add in kimchi, kimchi juice and red pepper paste.
- Add in some water and keep stirring until the red pepper paste is fully dissolved.
- Add in the tofu and cook for approx. 3 mins.
- Pour the kimchi soup over the udon, top with cheese while hot followed by a sunny-side up. Ready to serve.
