葱油拌面 Scallion Oil Noodles

一两年前为了清掉冰箱里的青葱,曾经煮过这道简易的面食。
记得自己明明有将食谱记录下来,可是翻翻部落格却找不到。
原来,它还躺在草稿档里。
呵呵~
这次,就快手快脚把食谱重新打一打,放上来。
我肯定以后一定会需要这食谱,因为真的很容易却又很美味。
每一根面条都沾着葱香~
可以将面作底,再配上各式的配菜,也不错!

材料(1人份):
面条---1人份
青葱---2束(取绿色部分,切段)
植物油---1 汤匙
酱油---1 汤匙
白糖---1 汤匙
清水---1 汤匙
黑酱油---1/2 茶匙

做法:
  1. 面条跟着包装上的指示煮熟后,沥干备用。
  2. 热锅下油,以慢火煸香葱段,直到青葱便成焦黄,香味四溢。
  3. 酱油,白糖,清水和黑酱油混和均匀后,倒入锅中,煮至白糖完全溶化。
  4. 倒入面条,拌匀即可。

Ingredients(1 serving):
Noodles---1 serving
Scallion---2 bulbs(Just take the green portion, cut it into sections)
Vegetable oil---1 Tbsp
Soy sauce---1 Tbsp
Sugar---1 Tbsp
Water---1 Tbsp
Dark soy sauce---1/2 tsp

Method:
  1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a pan with some oil, cook the scallion over low heat til the greens have turned to be brown yellowish in colour with strong fragrance.
  3. Mix the soy sauce, sugar, water and dark soy sauce together, pour the mixture into the pan and cook til the sugar has fully dissolved.
  4. Stir in the noodles and mix well. Ready to serve.
