培根酪梨意大利面 Avocado Spaghetti with Bacon

材料(2人份):
意大利面---2人份
培根---2根(切碎)
熟透酪梨---1 个(去核,切片)
九层塔---1把
蒜头---5瓣(切碎)
橄榄油---2汤匙
青柠汁---2 汤匙
清水---适量
现磨黑胡椒---适量
盐---适量

做法:
  1. 将意大利面根据包装上的指示煮熟,沥干备用。
  2. 热锅下少许油,爆香一半的蒜头和炒香培根。
  3. 另一边厢,将酪梨,九层塔,另一半的蒜头,橄榄油,青柠汁和清水用搅拌机搅成汁。
  4. 把酪梨酱和意大利面倒入锅中,与蒜头和培根拌匀。
  5. 加入现磨黑胡椒和盐调味即可。
Ingredients(2 servings):
Spaghetti---2 servings
Bacon---2 strips(chopped)
Ripen avocado---1 nos(de-seeded, cut into slices)
Basil leaves---1 handful
Garlic---5 cloves(chopped)
Olive oil---2 Tbsps
Lime juice---2 Tbsps
Water---Some
Ground black pepper---Add to taste
Salt---Add to taste

Method:


  1. Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on packaging. Drain and set aside.
  2. Heat a pan with some oil, sauté half of the chopped garlic and bacon.
  3. Meanwhile, blend the avocado, basil leaves, remaining of the garlic, olive oil, lime juice and water into a smooth paste.
  4. Pour the avocado sauce and spaghetti into the pan, mix well with the garlic and bacon.
  5. Add some ground black pepper and salt to taste. Ready to serve.
