鸡汤做法:
- 鸡腿去皮,洗净;香菇用温水泡发,待用。
- 热一锅水,放入鸡腿汆烫约2分钟后取出,用水洗一洗。
- 取一汤锅,注入清水,放入鸡腿,香菇和药材,以大火煮至滚后,转小火煮约3个小时。
- 最后,加入适量的盐调味即可。
汤面做法:
- 热一锅水,加入少许油,放入小白菜烫熟,捞起沥干备用。
- 将面放入热水中煮熟,捞起过冷水。
- 把面和小白菜放入碗中,盛入鸡腿,香菇和药材鸡汤,即可享用。

Method (Chicken soup):
- Remove the skin of chicken; Soak the mushrooms in warm water to rehydrate them.
- Boil a pot of water, blanch the chicken drumsticks for approx. 2 minutes. Remove and rinse.
- Fill another pot with water, put all the ingredients in and cook over high heat until boiling. Turn into low heat and continue to cook for approx. 3 hours.
- Lastly, add some salt to taste.
