冬炎酱---1 tbsp
鱼露---2 tsps
做法:
- 热锅下油,爆香洋葱,蒜头,红辣椒和疯柑叶。
- 加入冬炎酱,翻炒片刻。
- 加入包菜丝,红萝卜丁,番茄和青葱,翻炒片刻。
- 加入虾,青蚝,鱼露和清水。
- 加入白饭,翻炒片刻即可。

Garlic---3 cloves(Chopped)
Spring onion---3 pcs(Chopped)
Water---2 tbsps
Seasonings:
Tomyum paste---1 tbsp
Fish sauce---2 tsps
Method:
Prawn---4 nos
Green mussels---12 nos

Method:
- Heat a pan with some oil, sauté onion, garlic, red chilli and kaffir lime leaves.
- Add in tomyum paste and stir for a while.
- Add in shredded cabbage, carrot, tomato and spring onion, stir for a while.
- Add in prawns, mussels, fish sauce and water.
- Add in rice, stir-fry for a while. Ready to serve.
