百香果柠檬水 Passion Fruit Lemonade

昨天准备了《香茅柠檬水》当下午茶,也顺道准备了《百香果柠檬水》。
加了糖浆,喝起来酸酸甜甜地,冷藏过后更是冰冰凉凉地,好喝!
材料(1 杯):
百香果   1个
柠檬汁   1 tbsp
糖浆   1 tbsp
清水   1 杯

做法:
  1. 把百香果肉挖出,加入柠檬汁,糖浆和清水,混合均匀即可。
糖浆:
白糖   5 tbsps
清水   5 tbsps

做法:
  1. 把白糖和清水放入锅中,以小火煮至白糖完全溶化。
  2. 熄火,待凉即可。(多余的可冷藏日后用)
Ingredients(1 cup):
Passion fruit   1 nos
Lemon juice   1 tbsp
Syrup   1 tbsp
Water   1 cup

Method:
  1. Scoop the pulp of the passion fruit into a cup, add in lemon juice, syrup and water. Stir well. Ready to serve.
Syrup:
Sugar   5 tbsps
Water  5 tbsps

Method:
  1. Put the sugar and water in a pot, cook over low heat til the sugar has completely dissolved.
  2. Turn off the heat and let cool.(Keep the extra in refrigerator)
