昨晚吃素,炒了一锅素炒面,再配上黑糯米糖水。
第一次炒那么大锅的炒面,也第一次煮黑糯米糖水。
我们三人都喝了很大碗的糖水和吃了很大碟的炒面。
最后,我的屋友们投降了,说已经吃不下了!
还好,黑糯米都喝光了,只剩下一碟炒面,因为我炒得实在是太多了!
哈哈。。
我两个屋友不约而同地说,你今天炒面,炒真的非常大的一锅吼~哈哈
其实,我是担心不够吃嘛。。
多余的还可以留起来当早餐。
可怜我屋友,撑爆他们的肚子!哈哈。。
原以为素炒面,不能放蒜头,洋葱等提味的食材,炒面会不够味。
但是,炒了出来,还是好吃哦~
有香菇和红萝卜的甜,芽菜和黑木耳的爽脆口感,麻油的香和酱油淡淡的咸。
素炒面原来也可以很好吃的~
黑糯米也是好好喝~
真满足的一餐!
素炒面
材料(约6人份):
炒面饼 6 个
香菇 6 朵(温水泡发,切丝)
黑木耳 1 朵(温水泡发,切丝)
红萝卜 1 根(切丝)
红辣椒 1 根(切丝)
芽菜 1 大把
鸡蛋 1 颗
调味料:
酱油 2 tbsp
黑酱油 1 tbsp
麻油 1 tbsp
香菇水 约4 tbsp
盐 适量
做法:
- 把调味料混合均匀。
- 将鸡蛋煎成蛋皮,切丝备用。
- 将炒面饼煮熟,沥干待用。
- 将红萝卜丝和芽菜分别汆烫30秒,沥干备用。
- 热锅下油,加入香菇丝和辣椒丝炒香,再加入黑木耳丝,红萝卜丝和鸡蛋丝翻炒。
- 倒入调味料,再加入面条和芽菜,翻炒均匀。
- 如果面条太干,酌量加入香菇水,炒至水收干,即可盛盘。
黑糯米糖水
材料(约6人份):
黑糯米 200 g
椰浆 100 ml
班兰叶 4 根
水 约1.5 L
白糖 适量
做法:
- 黑糯米洗净后,浸约5个小时。
- 将水煮沸,加入黑糯米和班兰叶,以大火煮约20分钟。
- 把内锅锁入保温锅,让其自行焖猪约2个小时或至糯米开花。
- 取出班兰叶,加入白糖调味。
- 加入椰浆,再煮约15分钟即可。
Ingredients(Approx. 6 servings):
Noodle cake 6 pcs
Shiitake mushroom 6 nos(Soak in warm water, cut into shreds)
Black fungus 1 nos(Soak in warm water, cut into shreds)
Carrot 1 nos(Shredded)
Chili 1 nos(Shredded)
Bean sprouts A handful
Egg 1 nos
Seasoning:
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Dark soy sauce 1 tbsp
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Mushroom water Approx. 4 tbsp
Salt Some
Method:
- Mix the seasoning together.
- Fry the egg to a sheet and cut it into shreds.
- Cook the noodle cakes. Drain and set aside.
- Blanch the shredded carrot and bean sprouts for 30 seconds separately.
- Heat a pan with oil, add in shredded mushroom and chili, followed by shredded black fungus, carrot and egg. Stir well.
- Pour the seasoning into the pan, add in the noodles and bean sprouts. Stir fry for a while.
- If the noodle is too dry, add in some mushroom water and stir fry til the water dry out. Ready to serve.
Ingredients(Approx. 6 servings):
Black glutinous rice 200 g
Coconut milk 100 ml
Pandan leaves 4 pcs
Water Approx. 1.5 L
Sugar Some
Method:
- Rinse the black glutinous rice. Soak for approx. 5 hours.
- Boil a pot of water, add in black glutinous rice and pandan leaves. Cook over high heat for 20 minutes.
- Lock the inner pot of the thermal cooker into the insulator, let it cook for approx 2 hours or til the rice is completely cooked.
- Discard the pandan leaves and add sugar to taste.
- Add in the coconut milk and cook for another 15 minutes. Ready to serve.
