Lemon Chicken

Chicken chunks with skin 9 pcs
Lemon                            1 cut into 6

Onion                                                      9 cloves (minced)
White wine (I used mushroom powder+water)  2tbsp mushroom powder+80ml water
Lemon zest                                        1tbsp
Lemon juice                                                     1tbsp
Oregano                                                     1.5tsp
Thyme                                                             2tsp
Salt                                                                  1tsp

Method:
  1. Heat the oil on a pan and saute the minced garlic.
  2. Turn off the heat and add the other ingredients for seasoning. Mix well.
  3. Pour the seasoning into a glassware.
  4. Arrange the chicken and lemon chunks in the glassware.
  5. Pour some seasoning on the chicken surface so that the skin is coated with oil.
  6. Sprinkle some ground black pepper on it.
  7. Place the glassware onto the medium rack of a pre-heated oven (200 Celsius), bake for 40 minutes or until the chicken has turned to be brown in color.
  8. Remove the glassware from oven and cover it with aluminium foil for 10 minutes. Serve.
