土司---6片
黄甜椒---半个
沙丁鱼---1小罐
洋葱---1个
橡叶生菜---10片
指天椒---1根
做法:
- 将黄甜椒切丝,洋葱和指天椒切碎,沙丁鱼捣烂备用。
- 热锅下油,爆香洋葱和指天椒。
- 加入沙丁鱼翻炒片刻。
- 将黄甜椒放入另一个平底锅,稍微翻炒片刻。
- 土司去边,放入平底锅加热。
- 把橡叶生菜和沙丁鱼放在一片土司上,并盖上另一片土司。接着,放上黄甜椒和盖上另一片土司。
- 将三明治切半,装入三明治纸盒即可。

Yellow capsicum---1/2 nos
Sardine---1 small can
Onion---1 nos
Oakleaf lettuce---10 pcs
Bird's eye chili---1 nos
Method:
- Julienne the yellow capsicum; chop the onion and bird's eye chili; mash the sardine.
- Heat a pan with some oil, saute the chopped onion and chili.
- Add in the sardine and stir for a while.
- Heat the capsicum in another pan.
- Trim the sides of the sandwich toast and heat them in a pan.
- Assemble the sandwich by putting lettuce, sardine, toast, capsium and finally another slice of toast.
- Cut the sandwich into half and put them inside the sandwich bags. Ready to serve.
