黑糖桂圆姜茶 Brown Sugar Longan Ginger Tea

前几个礼拜,因为生理期间的不适,就给自己准备了这道饮料。
据说女生多喝红糖/黑糖水,对身体有着很多的好处。
加了桂圆和姜片的黑糖水,能够活血化淤,舒缓生理期间的不适。

原本下腹不舒服,但是喝了这道热腾腾的甜品,说着也奇怪,身体顿时舒服了起来。
是注意力被转移了?还是这真的有那么神奇呢?
呵呵。。

 
材料(2杯):
桂圆--10颗
姜片--5片
黑糖--3 tbsps
清水--2杯

做法:
  1. 把全部材料放入锅中,以中小火煮约20分钟即可。
备注:
请根据自己的嗜甜程度自行斟酌黑糖的分量。

Ingredients(2 cups):
Dried longan--10 nos
Ginger--5 slices
Brown sugar--3 tbsps
Water--2 cups

Method:
  1. Put all the ingredients in a pot and bring it to boil for approx. 20 minutes over medium low heat. Ready to serve.
Note: 
Adjust the amount of brown sugar based on your own preference for sweetness.
