买了卷饼皮一阵子了,但却还没开封。
为了避免我彻彻底底地忘记它的存在,决定今天早餐吃卷饼。
之前做过鸡肉卷饼 Chicken Brekkie Wrap,但现在家里没有鸡肉片,所以就来个简单的‘美式炒蛋卷饼’吧!也顺便帮忙消灭掉冰箱剩下的一点点牛奶。
由于之前买下的一些香草还没用完,所以我也顺便加了一些巴西利进炒蛋来增添一些风味。
材料虽然简单,但将卷饼送入口中时,真是觉得才准备一份,真不够喉!呵呵。。
带着淡淡巴西利香的炒蛋软软的,配着带咸味儿的卷饼皮和美奶滋,真的很好吃!
材料(1份):
卷饼皮--1张
鸡蛋--2个
牛奶--1tbsp
牛油--1tbsp
巴西利--适量
盐--适量
美奶滋--适量
做法:
- 把卷饼皮放入一个平底锅,用小火稍微烙一烙后取出备用。
- 将鸡蛋等其他材料混合均匀。
- 平底锅开小火烧热后,加入鸡蛋糊,趁鸡蛋还未凝固时用铲子快速地搅圈翻炒。
- 当鸡蛋快要凝固时离火一阵子,用锅子的余温继续翻炒。
- 再放上炉上继续炒,一直到自己想要的湿度即可。
- 将炒蛋放上卷饼皮中间,再以下-左-右的顺序将饼皮翻盖在炒蛋上。
- 将整个盖好的卷饼下部分慢慢地向上翻,成一个卷饼状。
- 最后,用刀子将卷饼轻轻地切开,挤上美奶滋即可趁热享用。
Tortilla wrap--1 sheet
Egg--2 nos
Milk--1tbsp
Butter--1tbsp
Parsley--Some
Salt--Add to taste
Mayonnaise--Some
Method:
- Warm the wrap on a frying pan over low heat. Remove and set aside.
- Mix the other ingredients together.
- Heat the frying pan with low heat, add in the eggs mixture, stir it quickly before it starts to solidify.
- As soon as the egg is going to solidify, remove from the heat, continue to stir and scrape.
- Then, put the pan on the heat again and keep scraping until it has reached your desired moistness.
- Put the scrambled egg at the middle of the wrap, then gently flip the wrap from bottom-left-right over the filling.
- Slowly flip the half-filled wrap over the top to form a nice wrap.
- Lastly, cut the wrap into half by using a knife. Top with some mayonnaise and serve hot.
