白酱意大利面是我最爱的口味。。喜欢它那浓浓的奶骚味!
喜欢吃我姐姐煮她那最拿手的白酱意大利面,她用的是罐头蘑菇汤版本,我还可以order要多多洋葱和香肠!
那天突然想吃白酱意大利面,可是,我不想为了吃一盘白酱意大利面而开一罐蘑菇汤。
于是,我决定自己试试动手做自己的白酱。
买了鲜奶油存在冰箱,看看哪一天有时间又有mood就可以立刻开工了。
结果,隔天,就在Jozelyn家看到不用鲜奶油的白酱做法。
噢~原来自制白酱可以不用鲜奶油哦。。
所以,我也有样学样,做了我自己的简易白酱意大利面。
虽然没有用鲜奶油,但用了牛奶和车打芝士,所以煮出来的白酱还是有香浓的奶味儿~
另外,我还加了少许新鲜的巴西利和迷迭香,所以每一口都带着淡淡的香草味。。
有了这个食谱,以后不用花太多钱,太多时间,也可以给自己准备好吃的白酱意大利面咯!
材料(1人份):
意大利面--1人份
油---少许
去骨鸡肉片---1片(切丁)
香肠---1/2条(切片)
罐头蘑菇---2朵(切片)
牛奶---120ml(约半包)
车打芝士---2片
洋葱---半个(切碎)蒜头---3瓣(切碎)
酱油---1/2tbsp
巴西利---少许(切碎)
迷迭香---少许(切碎)
做法:
- 鸡肉丁加入酱油,少许巴西利和迷迭香,腌约15分钟。
- 煮一锅水,放入少许油后,放入意大利面跟着包装的指示将面煮熟。
- 面条取出后过一过冷水,沥干,放入一大碗中,加入少许油捞均匀,备用。
- 取一小锅,热锅,下油,爆香洋葱碎和蒜茸,加入鸡肉丁,香肠片和蘑菇片翻炒片刻。
- 加入牛奶和车打芝士片,煮至芝士片完全溶化。
- 最后,将意大利面盛盘,再淋上煮好的白酱即可。
备注:
- 可以依自己的喜好,随意加入培根,花椰菜等配料。
- 如果不喜欢太浓的奶味儿,可以只放1片车打芝士。
- 车打芝士已经带咸味了,所以可以不放盐调味。
- 如果买不到新鲜的香料,可以使用罐装的干燥香料。

Spaghetti---Single serving
Oil---Some
Chicken slice---1 slice (cut into cubes)
Sausage---1/2 nos(cut into slices)
Canned button mushroom---2 nos(cut into slices)
Milk---120 ml(Approx. half packet)
Cheddar cheese---2 slices
Onion---1/2(Chopped)
Garlic---3 cloves(Chopped)
Soy sauce---1/2 tbsp
Parsley---Some(Chopped)
Rosemary---Some(Chopped)
做法:
Spaghetti---Single serving
Oil---Some
Chicken slice---1 slice (cut into cubes)
Sausage---1/2 nos(cut into slices)
Canned button mushroom---2 nos(cut into slices)
Milk---120 ml(Approx. half packet)
Cheddar cheese---2 slices
Onion---1/2(Chopped)
Garlic---3 cloves(Chopped)
Soy sauce---1/2 tbsp
Parsley---Some(Chopped)
Rosemary---Some(Chopped)
做法:
- Marinade chicken cubes with soy sauce, some parsley and rosemary for approximately 15 minutes.
- Boil a pot of water, add some oil into the water and cook spaghetti according to instructions on packaging.
- Remove the spaghetti from water, soak it in cold water for a few seconds, drained, put it in a big bowl and mix with some oil. Set aside.
- Heat a small pot with some oil, sautee chopped onion and garlic, add chicken cubes, sausage slices and mushroom slices. Stir-fry for a while.
- Add milk and cheddar cheese, cook until the cheese has completely melted.
- Finally, put the spaghetti on a plate, top with white sauce. Ready to serve.
Note:
- Can add bacon, broccoli, etc according to own preference.
- If you do not want the sauce to be too creamy, you can reduce the cheddar cheese to only 1 slice.
- Since cheddar cheese is salty, so we do not need to add any salt to taste.
- If you could not find fresh herbs, you can substitute it with bottled dried herbs.
