奇异果免煮冷藏燕麦 Kiwi No-cook Refrigerator Oatmeal



前几天从家里带了一颗奇异果回来(是我娘硬塞给我,让我带回来吃的,说是我姐姐给的。。呵呵)。。于是,就有了今天的奇异果免煮冷藏燕麦咯。。

这款冷藏燕麦的做法跟我之前做的香橙免煮冷藏燕麦 Orange No-Cook Refrigerator Oatmeal大同小异,只是将香橙换成奇异果和加了少许蜜糖(因为奇异果带酸)。另外,我还在分量方面做出了少许更动,因为这次我想要比较稀的成品。

材料:
燕麦(不要即溶的)  8tbsp
低脂牛奶                      250ml
原味酸奶                      2tbsp
奇异果                          1个
蜂蜜                              2tsp

做法:
  1. 燕麦放入罐中,加入牛奶和酸奶,盖上盖子,摇晃均匀。
  2. 加入已去皮切丁的奇异果,用汤匙拌匀。
  3. 盖上盖子,放入冰箱冷藏隔夜。
  4. 隔天,将燕麦取出,加上新鲜的奇异果丁和蜂蜜,即可食用。
Ingredients:
Oatmeal(Do not use instant oatmeal)  8tbsp
Low fat milk                                                  250ml
Natural yogurt                                             2tbsp
Kiwi fruit                                                       1 nos
Honey                                                            2tsp

Method:
  1. Put oatmeal into a jar, add in milk and yogurt, put on the lid and shake until they are well-mixed.
  2. Add in kiwi cubes and stir well with a spoon.
  3. Put on the lid and refrigerate it overnight.
  4. After a night, take out the oatmeal from the refrigerator and add in some fresh kiwi cubes and honey. Ready to serve.
