嘴巴痒,想找些小吃解馋。。看到家里还剩两颗马铃薯,那就来个日式马铃薯沙拉吧!
跟上次做的马铃薯沙拉不同的是,这次用的,是日式蛋黄酱。。说明了日式,当然得用日式的蛋黄酱咯。。
说到跟西式蛋黄酱的差别,我个人觉得最大的差别是日式蛋黄酱比西式蛋黄酱多了一些咸味。。但是,两种蛋黄酱我都喜欢。。各有各的风味。。各有各的好。。
这款日式马铃薯沙拉,多了玉米和青瓜。。我非常喜欢玉米的甜味。。它的甜味,让单调的马铃薯沙拉生色不少!而青瓜呢,除了给予一些口感之外,没什么特别啦。。下次再做的话,我会省略掉青瓜。。呵呵。。除了单吃,如果用来夹面包吃,应该也不错!
总结一句,这款日式马铃薯沙拉真的非常好吃,我极力推荐!

马铃薯 2个
鸡蛋 2个
红萝卜 1/2根
玉米 1支
青瓜 1/2条
日式蛋黄酱 5tbsp
盐 适量
黑胡椒粉 适量
做法:
- 将马铃薯去皮,切块,蒸熟后趁热压成泥。
- 红萝卜去皮,切丁,放入一锅水中煮约5分钟后,取出备用。
- 玉米蒸熟后,切出玉米粒备用。
- 鸡蛋放入水中煮至熟后,剥壳,切丁备用。
- 青瓜去皮后切丁备用。
- 将全部材料拌在一起后,加入盐和黑胡椒调味即可。
备注:
这款沙拉可以立即吃或冷藏后再吃。

Ingredients(3-4 servings):
Russet potato 2个
Egg 2 nos
Carrot 1/2 nos
Corn 1 nos
Cucumber 1/2 nos
Japanese mayonnaise 5tbsp
Salt Add to taste
Black pepper powder Add to taste
Method:
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into chunks. Then, steam it until cooked and mash it while hot.
- Peel the carrot and cut it into small cubes. Then, cook it in a pot of boiling water for approximately 5 minutes. Strain and put it aside.
- Steam the corn and cut it to get the kernels.
- Boil the eggs until cooked. Cut them into small cubes.
- Peel the cucumber and cut it into small cubes.
- Mix all the ingredients together. Add some salt and black pepper powder to taste.
Note:
This salad can be served immediately or serve it after refrigerated.
